Taylor started recording ASMR via her mobile phone, and later uploaded videos to YouTube. PewDiePie used her video in an episode of one his shows when Taylor had 50,000 followers approximately one and a half months after the first video she uploaded. Taylor had stopped making videos about two months, when she reached around 100 000 users. She put all her videos in private due to technical problems with the new technology. After taking a long time off for a month, she began creating new content. She made the popular ASMR ten triggers to assist you in sleeping (35 million views as of August 2022). ASMR 20 Triggers to Help You Sleep, a series of videos aimed at Sleeping, first appeared on YouTube in July 2017 and has since been watched by 38 million people. In August 2017 Shane Dawson interviewed her and she soon reached 1 million YouTube subscribers. Wired UK reported that in February 2019, she made 1,000 dollars per day by advertisements on her YouTube channel
Dennis Helfer (born in Donalda, Alberta) and Elaine Helfer (born in Donalda, Alberta), were his parents. Her heritage includes German, English. Swedish and Norwegian. She went to William E. Hay Composite High School situated in Stettler. The three sisters she shares with lived on the family's farm of wheat. In the age of 17, a modeling scout from an agency discovered Helfer when he was waiting in line for a movie.
